1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the MUST Postgraduate Admission System ("the System"), you accept and agree to be bound by
these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the System.
2. Eligibility and Access
The System is intended for:
- Prospective postgraduate students seeking admission to Misr University for Science & Technology
- Individuals who meet the minimum academic qualifications for postgraduate studies
- Users who are at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction
3. Admission Criteria and Required Documents
To be eligible for admission to Misr University for Science & Technology (MUST), applicants are required to
submit the following documents:
- A valid National ID for Egyptian applicants, or a valid Passport for
non-Egyptian applicants
- An official Graduation Certificate or equivalent academic qualification
Important Notes:
- Applicants are required to review and submit the necessary documents based on the program and graduation
requirements
- Applications will be considered complete and eligible for review only after the application fee has been
successfully paid
- The application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances
4. Additional Requirements
- International Degrees: Applicants who obtained their degree from outside Egypt or from a
private university must upload an official Equivalency Certificate issued by the relevant
Egyptian authorities (Supreme Council of Universities or Ministry of Higher Education)
- Faculty of Medicine Applicants: Must submit a No Objection Certificate
issued by their employer (if currently employed)
- Program-Specific Requirements: Additional documents may be required based on the specific
postgraduate program selected
5. User Responsibilities
As a user of the System, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in your application
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Not share your account access with any other person
- Submit only one application per program unless explicitly permitted by the University
- Upload authentic and unaltered documents
- Notify the University immediately of any changes to your contact information
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Use the System only for its intended purpose of submitting postgraduate applications
6. Truth and Authenticity Declaration
By submitting your application, you declare that:
- To the best of your knowledge and belief, all information provided in your online admission application
to Misr University for Science & Technology is true, accurate, and complete
- All documents submitted in support of your application are genuine, authentic, and have not been
altered, forged, or misrepresented in any manner
- You acknowledge and understand that the submission of any false, misleading, or incomplete information
may result in:
- Immediate rejection of your application
- Revocation of admission if discovered at a later stage
- Dismissal from the University
- Legal action if applicable
- Permanent ban from future applications to MUST
7. Application Fees and Payment
- All application fees must be paid through the authorized payment gateway provided by the System
- Application fees are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of your application or
whether you choose to withdraw your application
- Payment confirmation may take up to 48 hours to reflect in the System
- The University reserves the right to modify application fees with reasonable notice
- You are responsible for any transaction fees charged by your payment provider or bank
8. University Rights
Misr University for Science & Technology reserves the right to:
- Verify the authenticity of all submitted documents and information
- Request additional documentation or clarification at any stage of the application process
- Reject incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent applications without providing specific reasons
- Suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms of Service
- Modify admission requirements, criteria, or deadlines with reasonable notice
- Conduct interviews or assessments as part of the admission process
- Make final admission decisions based on academic merit, program capacity, and other relevant factors
- Contact applicants via email, phone, or SMS regarding their application status
9. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Submitting false, forged, or altered documents
- Impersonating another person or providing false identity information
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the System
- Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the System
- Submitting multiple applications for the same program using different identities
- Engaging in any activity that could harm the University's reputation or operations
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
10. Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, and materials on the System are the property of Misr University for Science &
Technology and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is
strictly prohibited.
11. System Availability and Technical Issues
- While we strive to maintain continuous availability, the System may experience downtime for maintenance,
updates, or unforeseen technical issues
- The University is not liable for any damages resulting from system unavailability, data loss, or technical
errors
- Users are encouraged to save their work frequently and keep copies of all submitted documents

12. Data Retention
Application data and submitted documents will be retained in accordance with Egyptian law and University
policies. Unsuccessful applications may be archived or deleted after a reasonable period.
13. Communications
By using the System, you consent to receive communications from the University regarding your application via:
- Email to the address provided in your application
- SMS to the phone number provided
- System notifications within your account
It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact information is current and to regularly check for updates.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The University shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your
use of the System
- The University does not guarantee admission to any program
- Admission decisions are final and not subject to appeal through the System
15. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these
terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.
16. Changes to Terms
The University reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective
immediately upon posting to the System. Continued use of the System after changes constitutes acceptance of the
modified terms.

18. Severability

19. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Misr
University for Science & Technology regarding your use of the Postgraduate Admission System.
